Austin Kwesi Okere is a serial entrepreneur and thought leader. An Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, Austin has also facilitated at the United States International University in Kenya and consulted for the Sustainable Development Goals, Africa Centre in Rwanda.  

His contributions to business education and knowledge transfer in Africa earned him appointments to the Business Practices Council of AACSB International and the Advisory Board of the Global Business School Network. As the founder of CWG Plc, Austin led the company to be recognized as a "Global Growth Company" by the World Economic Forum. CWG Plc is the largest security listed in the Technology Sector on the NGX. 

As one of Africa's most influential CEOs, Austin now heads the Ausso Leadership Academy, an institution dedicated to mentoring business leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them scale their businesses exponentially and creating more job opportunities for shared prosperity.
