As a Management Consultant, Jimi has had extensive experience driving culture change and organizational development interventions for clients across several industries which have consistently led to greater operational efficiency, staff engagement, and leadership activation. He worked in the Senior Leadership of one of Africa’s leading financial Institutions, United Bank for Africa (UBA). UBA was ranked as one of the top banks in Africa according to the July 2022 edition of The Banker Magazine of the Financial Times Group, United Kingdom. While at UBA, he had direct responsibility for the global sourcing of talent to drive operations across the bank’s 16 countries of operations. He also drove the bank’s Organizational Design Transformation project at that time and this led to huge organizational efficiency & savings.

Jimi has worked as a consultant with C-suite executives, corporations, government institutions, and multinationals, such as Ernst and Young, NLNG, Accenture, Microsoft, and Kellogg’s Business School, to mention a few. He sits on the board of a few commercial and development-focused boards and mentors several business owners whose enterprises have a capitalization of several millions of dollars.
